Simratpal (Simy) Kaur is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both clinical experience and compassionate care. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. With over six years of professional experience, Simy has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including oncology, medical-surgical, surgery, and cardiology.

Her passion for mental health was shaped by both her nursing background and personal experiences, inspiring her to pursue a career in psychiatric care. Simy takes a holistic approach to treatment, integrating evidence-based medication management, therapy, lifestyle modifications, and other individualized interventions. She is deeply committed to reducing the stigma around mental health and supporting the development of resilient, healthy communities.

Outside of her clinical practice, Simy enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, exploring new cuisines, and creating lasting memories.
