Susana Ofori-Buadu is a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner with over seven years of nursing experience across various settings. Susana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kettering College in Dayton, Ohio, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric and mental health from the University of Texas at Arlington. She completed a comprehensive one-year Nurse Practitioner Residency at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she focused on various areas of psychiatry, including outpatient general psychiatry, Primary Care-Mental Health Integration (PCMHI), geriatric outpatient care, consult-liaison psychiatry, inpatient psychiatry, and substance abuse clinics. In her free time, Susana enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
