CHRIS SINGH, MSN, PMHNP-BC
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong clinical foundation and a deep passion for mental health care. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and completed a one-year PMHNP residency at the Dallas VA Medical Center. Before advancing into my current role, I spent six years as a registered nurse in acute-care settings, where I developed a solid understanding of how physical and mental health intersect.
My approach to care is holistic and personalized. I specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions using evidence-based medication management, while also emphasizing the importance of lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, and physical activity. I incorporate supportive talk therapy into my sessions and provide referrals for more specialized psychotherapy when appropriate, ensuring each person receives truly comprehensive care.
I understand that reaching out for mental health support can be a vulnerable step. My goal is to create a safe, stigma-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. If you're ready to take that next step, I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
